Every piece here is made by hand by yours truly in the hours after I'm done with my day job and the in-betweens of parenting and running a household, which means quantities are limited and batches are small. Popular pieces can sell out instantly once a drop goes live.
If there's something you have your eye on, the best strategy is to be ready right when the drop starts. Get to the site a few minutes early, start refreshing the page, and once the drop is live, add your item to cart and check out as quickly as you can.
Important: Adding something to your cart doesn't reserve it. The piece is only yours once checkout is complete.
Creating an account first can help with faster checkout.
If you're hoping to grab a few different pieces, it's usually smartest to check out with what's in your cart right away, then come back for anything else you want. If that means placing more than one order, no problem at all -- just send me a message afterward (sugarpinepots@gmail.com or reply to your order confirmation) and I'll combine your orders and refund any extra shipping.
Preview Before the Drop
My goal is to post a preview of the drop a day in advance so you can see what will be available and plan ahead so you're ready to go as soon as the drop hits. (You can also always see sneak peeks on Instagram @sugarpinepottery too. I share about the process there.)
